This section of my portfolio demonstrates my experience as a Martial Arts Instructor in Odesa Region since 2008 (Ukraine)
I opened sports halls in three villages near Odesa, recruited children's groups, trained, took children on hikes, rock climbing, ran with them on summer mornings to the estuary, and practiced there, in nature.
We taught physical and psychological endurance, discipline, caring, and looking after each other, like in a family.
